CCTV
CCTV cameras have been installed at our premises for security reasons. Information obtained from these cameras will only be used in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and will not be retained for longer than is strictly necessary.
Shared materials and how to share them
We may disclose or transfer your personal data to HKETSPA or any third-party service providers or business partners, either locally or overseas, on a limited basis, where necessary to fulfil a specific purpose. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we will safeguard your personal data through contractual or other appropriate measures, and use your personal data to achieve the intended purpose in accordance with standards no lower than those of your jurisdiction and in compliance with the cross-border data transfer mechanisms under your jurisdiction’s data protection laws. We may also disclose or transfer your personal data to other locations where required by law or regulation, or where necessary to protect our interests (to the extent permitted by law), such as disclosure to an insurer in the event of a potential claim. We also reserve the right to transfer your personal data in the event of a merger, acquisition or corporate reorganisation (where permitted by law).
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to have any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you corrected. Retention of personal data

We are unable to determine the age of individuals using this website. If a minor (as defined by applicable law) provides us with personal data without the consent of their parent or guardian, their parent or guardian should contact us to have the minor’s customer data deleted.
