Delivery time
Orders will be processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), and delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. · We will notify you via WhatsApp and email once your order is ready and has been dispatched.

Delivery charges
Our delivery charges depend on the destination and the weight of the items. You can view our delivery options on the checkout page once you have entered your delivery address. ·       Free delivery· If your order total meets the minimum spend requirement for free delivery, we will provide free delivery to Hong Kong and Macau.

Minimum spend for free delivery:
Hong Kong - HKD $1200.00
Macau - HKD $1200.00

Courier
Orders will be dispatched via SF Express. Please ensure your address has been verified before submitting your final order.

Change of address
If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Courier companies may charge a redirection fee for address changes.
